Debra Strickland

Debra Strickland has been a resident of Pahrump since 1973. Along with her husband, Larry Strickland who moved here in 1992, they have contributed to the growth of Pahrump by representing their clients in both real estate and construction with Strickland Construction and Real Estate.

In 1977 she graduated Pahrump Valley High School with a class of 27 Students! She went on to college at Southern Utah University in Cedar City where she majored in Business and minored in Biology.

She has served the Chamber of Commerce by being the Ramrod for the Pony Express event for 12-years and then built/managed the only private Shooting Range in Nye County for another 10-years. The facility had fund raising events for the Wounded Warriors, Toys for Tots, and Nathan Adelson Hospice. The range had been used by Certified NRA Instructors to teach and train in a variety of skill sets. Concealed Carry Weapons classes were held bi-monthly by different Professional Members. The range was designed with the family in mind. It was the host of Ladies Day at the Range and the local 4-H uses the range for Shotgun, Rifle, and Archery training without paying range fees.

In 2011 the Strickland’s became distributors for LifeVantage the company that produces a scientific breakthrough anti-aging product that reduces oxidative stress. The product is called Protandim. With Larry’s background in animal husbandry and Debra’s in biology the science of LifeVantage made sence.

In 2016 they closed their offices on Homestead Road and joined Access Realty as the Property Manager, Realtor and Contractor that had been needed to give Access Realty’s owner, tenant, buyer, seller and builders a higher level of personal service.

This newly created Team at Access Realty has the background, and years of service that simply cannot be found anywhere else in the Valley.
